Sweaty AF is a HIIT style studio equiped with highly qualified trainers who are there to help you throughout your classes. Everyday is a new workout meaning you will never get bored of working out with us! Below are a few of our core types of workout we run every week.

TEAM PT

Our NEW TEAM PT method will give you PT access at a fraction of the cost. Running Monday, Wednesday and Friday, these start anytime sessions will help you smash PB’s and get on top of your weight loss goals. By completing your big compound lifts at the start of each workout, you will have the energy to lift heavier than ever before. Towards the end of your workouts, we focus on elevating your heart rate to maximise your sweat and burn.

Monday is LEG DAY: Quads, hamstrings and glutes.

Wednesday is PUSH DAY: Shoulders, chest and triceps.

Friday is PULL DAY: Back, biceps and abs.

REP IT OUT

Are you burning up or did you just complete our Tuesday REP IT OUT class?

This metabolic conditioning workout is designed specifically to burn calories through three rounds of high rep movements! In this workout you will complete two exercises per station with as many reps as you can. Keeping your heart rate high and you burning those calories but is a lower impact workout meaning that anyone can do it!

SUPER SETS

Make your Thursday a super one with one of our ultimate muscle pump up workout. SUPER SETS is one of our workouts that anyone can do and has been designed to be a full body workout with high reps targeting specific muscle groups each set.

STRONG AF

On Saturdays we get STRONG AF! Kick off your weekend with a killer strength based workout made not only to push your limits but also teach you how to train with weights correctly! These classes have longer station times to ensure you can maximise your effort and so the trainers can guide you through each station.

PERFORM

Join us on a Thursday night or 6:00am on Saturday for our newest style of workout, PERFORM! Consisting of three 12 minute rounds, PERFORM is designed to perfect technique and track our progression over a 4 week block.
